My kiddo is 14 months old. I feel drained. She still nurses all though out the night and a lot in the day when i'm not in school. Coffee hasn't even been keeping me awake

I've been having the same issue. I literally am so out of energy I'm the morning it take me a while to get myself outta bed and get moving with my day. I'm still bfing as well all day except my son sleeps through the whole night on his own. I wonder if bfing can be the reason..

Try a brewers yeast supplement. It has b-complex vitamins. Fatigue is a symptom of running low on those.

It can make a mother tired.. it can also take from her stores of vitamins and fluid. Be sure you are taking in enough water, calories, and vitamins. Be sure to take care of you!
