can someone convert grams to pounds and ounces?

After fighting with the NICU staff we finally got my sons full weight history but its in grams up till were i started making them also list pounds and ounces. If i list the weights can someone convert them?

Birth weight ~ 1811
Day 1 they skipped
Day 2 ~ 1694
Day 3 ~ 1859
Day 4 ~ 1787
Day 5 ~ 1720
Day 6 ~ 1677 (lowest as far as i see)
Day 7 ~ 1856
Day 8 ~ 1890 (last one of just grams)

1 ounce equals. 0625 lbs

I believe there are 454 grams in one pound. dont know if you still need conversions.
