Breastmilk for congestion

Does this really work?  I hear it recommended all the time, and have tried it a few times, but I never seem to get results.  My LO is SO stuffed up, poor little thing.

Breastmilk always helped my little ones with their nasal congestion.. :o)

Yes... a few drops, like saline. You can suction the stuff out after.

 I just put a few drops in my 6 yr olds nose. It must of worked casue he feel asleep! LOL

never heard that for nasal congestion but ive been told it helps with ear infections
