Poor baby girl

So I've posted before on how my thought my dd had eczema on her forearms. She doesn't get it all the time only some times. It got so bad I had to take her to the doctor to get medicine and the gave her triamcinolone acetonide a steroid cream. It worked wonders. I told the doctor I thought it could be some thing she was allergic too that either I eat or she eats. She insisted it was the weather. They didn't want to do an allergy test. So it's been two weeks now she has this horrible rash on her bottom and it won't go away. It itches really bad but I don't let her scratch it. It's really dry and inflamed and it too looks like eczema. Has any one else gone through this. Shes still nursing and is on solids. Could it be a food allergy? Any advice would be appreciated. I have a picture but not sure if it's appropriate to post since its of her private although I covered most of her girl parts with a wipey.

I think you can show pics if her girlie parts are covered...we have seen diaper rash pics before here.

Could it be a yeast rash?

My guy is allergic to the elastic in disposable diapers and we only found out by changing to cloth and his rash went away. It was dry and scaly and itched him bad too

I'm not sure of its a yeast rash. :/ and I will post a pic right after this. I still think she's allergic to some thing I eat but I can't pin point it and the doctor thinks I'm crazy!

My nephew just had a rash like that. It's weird because he has eczema too. His was a yeast rash. It was awful. I hope your little one heals quickly!

My ds gets rashes like that because of eczema. I use coconut oil and it usually clears it up pretty good.

Thanks so I'm better off taking her to the doctor. I was putting it off because I feel they won't do any thing but if it's a yeast infection I'm sure they will. I'm ready to change doctors since hubby thinks they never do any thing. But we've been going to them for 5 years and it's hard to change.

Thanks, how do you use it? Do I apply it like I would an ointment? Where can u get some at? They prescribed her a steroid cream for eczema but I tried using it and it seemed to help then it got worse. :/

Thanks, it doesn't hurt her as much as it itches her. She goes crazy when I take her disorder off. She wants to scratch but u won't let her.
