Just curious to know what would happen if I only nursed on one side? Would the othe side dry up? Would the used boob provide enough milk for baby out of only that one side?... Baby favors one side and milk cones out faster on that one so had a few questions bout it;) thx!!

The other side will dry up if it goes unused (I'm pretty sure) and one side will most definately regulate and be plenty for your baby.

I've done that for 6 months, I just pump the unused side.. Both breasts have a letdown, so for my personal comfort I would pump it.

Ok so if i stopped nursing on one side and stopped pumping... U think I will still produce enough milk? Should I contact my local LC?

I would imagine that your body would produce the perfect amount of milk for your baby, no matter if you're nursing from one breast or four! :)

Due to a cyst problem I nursed exclusively on one side (18 months for my daughter,30 months for my middle son and 32 months for my youngest son) and it was never a problem for supply. It is completely doable.

I've nursed on one side for six months. That side is just a little bigger. I definitely couldn't pump from the other side, but it hasn't completely dried up. I can still squeeze out a little.

And the side I do nurse from makes more than enough. Nursing is supply and demand - that one side will make how much baby tells it to make.
