10 day old Ds when he has the hiccups..If I nurse him they stop..I thought I had to wait till he was done..I put him to breast and they just stop..Also nursing is good to put him to sleep..In between feedings..It only takes like 5 minutes :)

Once dS gets hiccups, he starts rooting b/c he knows it will stop them. He is 23 days

Our pedi said the same thing. We asked how to get rid of them and she told us to give her something to suck on.
