Where is the rash? If it's around her mouth and if she has a red ring around her anus, then a food allergy is a possible culprit. If it's on her body (trunk/neck/etc.) then it's probably more likely an allergy to something that is touching her.

You breakdown food, pass it to small intestine where your body begins to absorb nutrients and it goes through your blod stream and constantly changes your milk. Your milk isn't stored there its constantly changing. There is no set time in any person.
