What is a good one to take while BFing that can be taken with acetaminophen every day? I used to take acetaminophen and ibuprofen but I'm not sure I should take the ibuprofen every single day, maximum times per day while nursing. Any ideas?

Commercially, that's all there is. Aleve is a similar family to motrin, so metabolized and excreted similarly. I'm not aware of anything else OTC. If Tylenol and motrin work for you, keep taking them. The risk is greater for *YOUR* liver and kidneys than baby.

You can take ibuprofen daily.
