giving BM to older children

for those of you who give it to your older kids for the benefits, how do you? just in a cup?

I have a 3yr old, but he hasn't been nursed since he was a newborn. and I'm not sure if I give it to him just in a cup if he'll drink it...so, I was wondering first of all if it will be of any benefit to him? and if so, how should I go about giving it to him?

thanks so much in advance!

Yep, it has a lot of nutrition benefits along with antibodies. I'd try it!
