Normal. It changes constantly, so what you see in one bottle is not always and accurate representation fo what baby is getting. Baby is happy and gianing? That is all that matters!

I am an exclusive pumper so I have a lot of extra milk and I notice that in the morning my milk is thinner, and by the evening it is that thick white. And when it separates the morning milk has about 10% thick stuff on top and the evening milk has about 40-50% thick stuff on top.
