It worked for me, I did it for about a month and lost 10 pounds. DH has been on it for the past month and a half and has lost 25 pounds. I try not to eat weekly points, and exersize, but not eat the activity points. I plan to go back on it after I have this baby.
I have lost 11 pounds in 4 weeks with WW and my OB/GYN said about a pound a week after the first couple weeks for nursing mothers is good so you don't affect your supply!
