Does weight watchers REALLY work? Or am I just wasting my hard earned money?! Just curious... Week one down with not much success;(

My mom did it and lost about 30 lbs. The most she lost in a week was 5lbs, and her smallest was 1lb.

I've had great success on WW. You just have to stay within your points .. It really is that simple!

It worked for me, I did it for about a month and lost 10 pounds.  DH has been on it for the past month and a half and has lost 25 pounds.  I try not to eat weekly points, and exersize, but not eat the activity points.  I plan to go back on it after I have this baby.

It is working for me! I had 25lbs to lose and I'm 3lbs from my goal now, it's been 3 months. I had to play with the points a bit to find the balance of not losing too losing to much at the beginning but I have found my stride.

Good luck with it

I have lost 11 pounds in 4 weeks with WW and my OB/GYN said about a pound a week after the first couple weeks for nursing mothers is good so you don't affect your supply!
