Red spots all over face???? OT

My one month old has gotten red spots all over her face, on her ears, around her neck in the back and even on her chest a little bit right under her chin. I originally thought baby acne, them I thought maybe from heat. But it's been about a week now and it hasn't cleared up.

Any ideas????

I've read babies also get our hormones through milk. Is it possible she is breaking out from hormones? Do u get acne during AF?

My little one has had little red bumps around her upper nose and around her eyes and sometimes er chin. It looks dry. I just moisturizer and leave it be. If its not a rash or bothering her I'd just leave it be.

I just googled "yeast rash face" from your response to my other post and there was a picture of a baby and her face looks like that!

Does it have a yeasty smell to it? Also have you been on antibiotics or maybe eat a lot of yeast breads?

I got a yeast rash an so did dd when I was baking a lot of bread with yeast and cinnamon rolls and stuff.

Is there any thrush in her mouth?

It could be an allergy to something you've eaten.  Or, and not to be a doomsday person, coxsacchi has been rampant lately. In little babies in appears as a vicious rash with blistery spots. It's in the mouth and can cause a horrible diaper rash.  If it hasn't disappeared after a week, I would take baby in, Just to be safe.
