My 10 weeks old DS has started this thing..He flicks my nipple with his tongue while nursing and smiles at me when he does it...When can I teach him nursing manners its time to eat not play?

Right from the get! I started with dd once we got home and I could read up on it. I hate being touched so bf-ing is uncomfortable for me anyways. If he's playing he can't be that hungry. GL

You can start at any time. Don't allow the unwanted bahavior. If he does it, you stop the feeding. He will get the idea that the behavior results in not nursing.
