What brand of oatmeal is best? I know steel oats is what we are to eat..I buy Quaker because it is cheaper or store brand..There was another one that was 8 dollars and it was in a bag..I don't know what others think cost to much but,To me 8 dollars for a bag of oats is crazy LOL..I also cook mine in the microwave not on the stove..Its not instant oats..Which I read on here that instant oats don't work the same to help with milk supply..
