This will help your milk production more than triple!

Alphalfa tablets... I took 3 a night, and after three nights, my milk output doubled.   I had the richest milk.  My baby was a super fatty, he didn't even need suppliments of baby food or anything until over a year old.  I just added baby vitamins to his diet at 6 months old.

Alpahalfa made the difference in all my milk production.  I wish I'd have known about it with my first baby.  She was super colleky, and didn't gain weight like I thought she should.  It would of helped if I'd had a doctor with the brains to help, but he didn't even notice it.

I got my alphalfa at Puritanspride.com I think.  Walmart might carry it too.  Good Luck.

I have heard that this can help but it didnt work for me....there really isn't much you can do to make your milk "richer" according to studies, you can change the type of fat in your milk just not the amount.

Colicky baby that doesnt gain sounds like an oversupply actually

I agree.

My babies were giant fatties, no supplements required.

If it was a commercial there would be a specific product name.

And ALFALFA would have been spelled correctly. **grin**

This isn't the first time I've seen moms tout alfalfa for supply.

If it was a commercial she would have only gave us the website to order it..She would not have said Walmart might carry it too.. but that's just MO

How do you change the type of fat?
