DD is 3 weeks old 38 weeks adjusted age. She's nursing like crazy... she is staying on 30+ minutes vs her normal 15-20 Max and wants to nurse every hour on the hour but is still fussy! Wtheck?! I know she's getting plenty because she's emptying out easy side and I'm full again in a hour and half. What's up with this?

Just keep pluggin along, Mama.  :)  You're doing just fine.

Remember - the best way to know baby is getting enough is to count diapers.  You want 6+ per 24 hours.  Poopy and really full count as two.  Don't look for a satisfied baby - fussing at the breast is nature's way of increasing your supply.  And throw your watch away - no timing feedings!  :)

1 mom liked this
She gets on demand but I keep track to make sure she's feeding 8+ times a day. I just kinda figured out times by how long I could watch TV before she was done. LOL

The three week growth spurt was the hardest part of breastfeeding for me, so far. Good luck, mama! It'll pass.
