I do 4 HR blocks. No more pain during letdown and he's not gulping or gasping or choking or spitting up. Oye it was a long first month of nursing. When does it get easier? He cluster feeds from 4-8 every night and I get so tired. I don't pump at all anymore and it helped fix my OAL too so I feed him 24/7...every 2 hrs...

I've only been nursing for almost nine weeks, but it got better after the first six, for me. I imagine it's different for everyone. :)

The first 6-8 weeks are the toughest! After that it does get much easier :)
