Start nursing in a laid back position to fight gravity and do block feelings. How old is lo?

Could be acid reflux too, that's what my lo did then it got real bad so I took him tk the dr and that's what the dr told me. They put him on Zantac and he was fine after that!!

Most likely oversupply/over-active letdown:

Address that before you even go the reflux route.

Ok, block feeding is nursing from one side for a set amount od time or feelings to regulate supply. At that age I would do 2 or 3 feedings per side for about a couple wks, then space it to one side for 2 feedings, then one per feeding. Other side will be uncomfortable but you can either pump (a little) to keep in freezer or just hand express till more comfortable.
Good luck

Yes, this is the most likely culprit. Try the things mentioned in the article that was linked. Beware that some people have to go up to 12 hour blocks to get this under control and it can take a bit of time to regulate your supply.
