When my son turns 8 mths old i start giving him bm in a bottle? And if not how many oz will it be ok to give him at that age? he'll be 5mths soon but i just want to make sure that i get all the,facts right before making that move. And i want too make sure thats ok. All advice will be appreciated.

Exclusive pumping for most women is like trying to siphon enough water out of a well to satiate the thirst of a small village.... With a drinking straw. It's a LOT more work and it is a supply destroyer for many women because the pump CANNOT fully empty the breast. When the breast is not fully emptied it creates a protein that inhibits lactation and decreases your supply. It takes a lot longer to pump than it does to feed an efficient nurser.

I'd wait until 1 year and then just night wean. Night weaning makes it a lot easier to continue.
