I am pregnant with #5 and i will be breastfeeding. we now make to much for WIC and sorry but there is NO WAY i am spending $100 on 7 cans of formula! actaully more than that with tax. anyway, i am wanting to go longer with this one. last baby i made it a little over 6 months! so proud of myself!! now the only thing im having trouble with (and its still a long ways away but i really need to make plans now) is that with my last one, DH was here with me to help with the other kids. so i had no problems nursing. but now he has a new job and is gone weeks to months at a time. so im just trying to figure out how to take care of 4 kids and nurse a newborn. if this baby is like my last who would nurse and then just use me as a paci then im in trouble lol! i have a ring sling and plan on using it alot. i guess im just nervous doing this all by myself. i would love to just sit down and nurse and not have to worry about my kids wanting something to eat or drink or a different movie or anything else. i dont know, maybe im just over reacting or something. so someone tell me everything is going to be ok. i think the most trouble im going to have is my 13 month old (he will be 20 months when baby comes). he is already jealous when i hold my sisters new baby. he tries to nurse still (just nothing comes out.....yet lol) and i wear him alot, so yeah, i think im going to have the most trouble with him.

I have 4 kids 3 and under and my husband works 70+ hours a week(plus a 15 year old that I homeschool).  My sling is my BEST friend. Setting out snacks and drinks are great idea! You'll figure out what works best for you!

im starting to ease up a tiny bit. but i think once hubby leaves again, its going to be hard. they have christmas off and im due at the begining of Dec. so im hoping that maybe he can just take off the 10 days then just stay home since he will be back again on the 23rd. then head back to work on the 26th. that will be some nice help!
