Serenity's sick. Still refusing to nurse (she's 3.5 yrs old lol self weaned a few months ago) so I hand expressed some milk for her. Got almost 1/3 a cup after nursing my 2 yr old. So I guess I still have a slight over supply.

Anyway she's coughing. It sounds wet but is unproductive. No fever. No other symptoms. I've been giving. Her raw honey and breast milk. Is there anything else naturally I can give her?
Would green tea with honey and lemon be ok? It just started yesterday.

We've been doing green tea with honey (her first time having anything except water, diluted juice, milk, or breast milk) and spoonfuls of honey. She seems to be doing ok. I'm making baked chicken with honey, lime and garlic for dinner with carrots and green beans. Hopefully she'll feel better after that too.
