I know someone who has recently lost her baby. Her milk came in and its causing her much pain physically and emotionally. I was hoping you ladies could give me some guidance on ways she can try to decrease and hopefully stop her supply. Any help you can give would be appreciated. Thank you!

This. Make sure the veins of three leaf are northern and leave til they wilt (you know like when lettuce is left out on a warm day)

Vert tight Sportsbra. The less stimulus the better. Cold compresses.

Ummm... be ccareful about tight bras... that can lead to more serious problems.

YAZ birth control is a known supply zapper... start tomorrow, dry by Wednesday if not Tuesday.

When I lost my sons...one at 18 weeks and one at 19 weeks, my milk came in both times. I took benedryl. It dried right up.
