At what point are they gaining too much?

I'm not 100% sure about the accuracy of a wii fit scale just yet until I get to a doctor and can make comparisons, but according to the wii fit, my 4 weeks old is just uner 14 lbs. Birth weight was 7 lb 12 oz

Is there a time when I should be concerned he's eating too much?

As long as you are nursing on demand, there is nothing to worry about. Your baby will slow down in gain soon. My boys didn't even gain anything after 6 months because they became so mobile.

This. I wouldn't necessarily trust the WiiFit scale.

IF it was accurate, that much weight gain could indicate an oversupply problem

Home scales are liars.

They're gaining too much when you have to start looking at renting a crane!

They cannot gain too much when ebf. Once solids are added, esp if you are feeding them to the baby, they can.

BF babies gain quicker than FF babies, but they do average out... I wouldn't worry about a thing!
