Eat some oatmeal for breakfast, pump every hour while awake. Nurse nurse nurse...even just for comfort. Drink a ton of water. Have a beer if you like beer. Why do you need to increase production?

Put baby to the breast more often.

Is there a reason you think it's low?

Not really indicative of your supply. How is baby's diaper count?

Pumping was really hard for me at first. Try pumping one while baby nurses the other one. That helps the milk reflex.
