Is it ok to do weight watchers while breastfeeding, or should I wait until she's done? I have about 50lbs to lose and my mom offered to pay for me to go.

Nursing moms get extra points. I'm going to start soon with my mom. I'll just keep up with my oatmeal, MM tea& stay hydrated

That's what I did and loved it! 4 months to lose 30lbs. If you notice a change in your supply use more of the weekly points or you can talk to a consultant and they can help you adjust your weekly points.
