If/when they do, don't worry about it. Pump output is meaningless as far as supply goes.
I usually get 5 from the left and 2 from the right...lol huge difference. I'm not sure theres much you can do about it

That's perfect output for work. You pump once for every three hours away from baby. Baby gets only what you pump, no more! Your away time is "famine" and your home time is "feast." While you're gone he only gets the barest minimum, which is 1 -1.25 ounces per hour of separation. So for an eight hour day, 8-10 ounces TOTAL, in servings of about 2-3 ounces each.
So... your current output is two feedings!
