I had my first baby a little over 2 years ago. I breastfed for a little over a year.

4 months after I was done breastfeeding , I got saline implants ( under the muscle) because my breast looked delfated ad very saggy from breastfeeding.

My husband and I didn't think we would ever try for another baby because I have endometriosis, and I had to go through surgeries and drug treatments to get pregnant with the first one...

Our son is now a little over 2 years old, and I've been considering one more baby ( if possible). I would rather breastfeed, because it truly is best for the baby. but I'm not sure how possible that is with breast implants, and or if it would mess the implants up and cause me to sag again after breastfeeding...

im not saying that i wouldn't breastfeed to spare the looks of my breast implants, im just wanting to gather info/facts before making a choice to get pregnant.

I can't answer this personally, but a good friend of mine b fed 3 babies AFTER getting her implants. It didnt effect her milk at all, but it messed up her boob job pretty bad. She's waiting til they are SURE SURE SURE they are done having kids to get it fixed.

Pregnancy itself and genetics have more to do with saggy boobs than breastfeeding does. Pam Anderson breastfed her babies and she is augmented to the hilt.

It may out may not affect the ability to bf. Depending on how much if any damage was done to the nerves and milk ducts.
Pregnancy changes the breast not breastfeeding.
Good luck I hope it works out!
I hope to get a boob job once I'm done. :)

Pregnancy itself causes sagging. Breastfeeding doesn't make a difference there. So the bettter question for you to ask yourself is, "Would I not get pregnant to spare the looks of my breast implants?"

Of course, sagging is inevitable anyway... unless you move off planet Earth. **grin**

As to breastfeeding, the real issue with any breast surgery is whether the surgeon left the ducts intact; if there was any ductal damage that can impede your ability to nurse.

I appreciate everyones input. Thanks so much...

However I do disagree that pregnancy is what causes the change in the breast and not breastfeeding... My sister didn't breatfeed her first child, and her breast looked exactly the same after the birth of her child as they did before she was pregnant,  she breastfed with her second child and that's when they became saggy and the deflated. So I don't buy into that one, on the same hand that wouldn't stop me from breastfeeding... Nothing would, I feel that breastmilk IS the best things for the baby and that's whay baby deserves and needs...

I'm simply collecting info and putting my ducks in a row so to speak before I jump into a choice. Whether that be, getting pregnant again, and wasting the thousands I spent on breast implants or saving up for another boob job before i get pregnant so that i can fix them after a second baby....

I like to be prepared as much as possible for making any choice.

Anecdotes aren't data, though... the research out there is that pregnancy makes the sagging happen. What your sister experienced honestly doesn't matter.

I can't answer from experience, but I do know that many women can continue to bf after getting implants. Just so you know, it isn't bf that causes breast sagging. It's the pregnancy itself that is mostly to blame. My bff has Endometriosis and they told her she should be able to get pregnant again. If she can't very easily, they would remove the Endometriosis again and it would greatly help her. You having Endometriosis shouldn't mean you can't have another baby.

YEP but also keep in mind she had smaller implants put in..as long as the nipple was not damaged and ducts were not cut you should be fine but the issue could be that the ducts can not fill all the way because the implant restricts them.
