What is safe for me to take while nursing my 3 month old? We are all coming down with a cold , advice please!

Your favorite OTC is fine. If it has a decongestant,. stay hydrated. Aspirin is the thing you have to flat-out avoid.
I'm not fond of Nyquil due to the knockout factor.

What about day quil? It it ok to take airborn?
