Should I still breastfeed with a stomach virus? I'm soon sick it just hit me all of the sudden and I have a 5 week old baby... help please! I tried to call the lactation hotline and it said noone will return my call until tomorrow

Yes...by the time you have it the baby has been exposed. BF helps them get over it quicker too.

YES...the antibodies in your milk will prevent the baby from getting the same virus.
