Drop one feeding per week till gone. Replace that feeding with formula. That's it.

Fair warning.. don't expect her to cooperate much. And if she's never had formula, then make sure she will take that before you attempt to drop nursings. You cannot wean to anything else this early.

If that's the case, it's likely better for you to wait till the one year mark when solids take precedence and water can serve for hydration.

Ditto what she said...drop one feeding per week until all are gone, & replace  with formula since she's under 1. Until 1 yr old her main nutrition needs to come from breastmilk or formula.

If you can't reliably get her to take formula, it would be better to keep going to a year. What is making you want to begin weaning now?

I'm not sure why but it's just starting to get to me lately. I'm just really stressed out lately and need some ME time. I'm not really sure why breastfeeding is stressing me out so much. Is it normal to feel this way? It's not DD stressing me out it's the breastfeeding. If that makes any sence lol

Totally normal...it is being totally responsible for another person with little break. Can you get some time to yourself? Can dad or grandma take her for a few hours every week? Sometimes that is enough to help clear your mind.

Ahhh.

As mama noted above... the breastfeeding alone isn't it. Needy babies remain needy no matter how you feed them, and it's normal for mom to hit a wall.

Just hand baby to a caregiver she knows, GO. Give yourself a bit of a break.

I'd hate to see you lose a comforting tool.
