I just brought my dd home today. While in the hospital, she nursed really well and slept well too.
Her first feeding home went well too.
But about 4 she started nursing again. She will nurse for 10-15 min and then unlatch. I burp her and move her to the other side and we do the same thing. She has not wanted to stop for more than a few minutes. Is this normal?

Yes, she will continue to nurse often to bring your milk in! Congratulations!

First of all, congrats on your new little bundle! The nursing sounds normal to me. My dd did the same thing. They sleep alot the first day or so then they are hungry!

 Totally normal.

Baby is communicating with your body to help you produce the right amount of milk. Keep the line of communication open and feed baby whenever and however long baby likes:)

Congrats and good job with BFing!

I have to watch a bit because she has been a heavy sleeper and I have had to wake her to eat. She was only waking up every 6 hours and twice she would have slept longer. They said her biliruben (sp) levels are a little high and that may make her drowsy. I think she may be getting out of that though.
