Spit up

Why would he be spitting up? Is he being over fed? I try to remember and make sure he burps and stays vertical until it goes down good. He does eat A LOT. He's always on the boob. I stick him on there when he fusses. He eats so I figure he's hungry but then he'll spit up. It's not enough that I'm concerned it's  reflux and it's not forceful...usually. He has plenty of wet/poo diapers and is growing like a weed. He is fussier lately also. I think teething. Could teething be causing the spitup?

He's 3 month btw and EBF.

All babies get very fussy around that age up until about 4 months. Its because of a growth spurt. Maybe he is eating too much too fast? Try rocking him when he is fussy before putting him on the boobie.

Spit up is normal. As long as weight gain is good and baby isn't in obvious discomfort from it, then it's just a laundry problem

Yes, they can spit due to excess teething saliva. If dipes are good and baby doesn't lose weight, it's just a laundry problem.
