Freezing milk for donating, how many ounces?

So I've been pumping to donate and have quite a stash frozen. I usually get about 2 oz a session, which is great, but I'm using so many bags! Could I put two days worth of milk in the fridge, then when they are the same temp freeze it in one bag? I pump anywhere from once to three times a day, so that's why I mentioned two days in the fridge instead of one. Is there a better way to do this? I hate waste!

Oh... same day's pumping combined, please. You CAN do two days but put the OLDEST date on it.

I think I will do two days in one bag then if that's a safe thing to do. Is there such a thing as too much in one bag? When they thaw it out how long is the thawed milk good for them?

I freeze in six ounce sections. Enough for two bottles it worked out well.

Two bottles makes sense. I'll try for that!

I found if i put more than 6 oz in a bag it wouldnt lay as flat, took up too much room and milk got wasted as once thawed it had to be used in 24 hours.  The mom I donated to would take 4-5 bags out and that would be a days worth
