I jeep a full 16 oz glass of water with me all day. IfI'm out I always have a refillable water bottle by my side. It is super hot and steamy here, so I'm very minful of how much I drink!

Yes (= I keep many water bottles in the fridge and carry one with me wherever I go.

yes i drink a vast amount of water breastfeeding is like being in the Sahara lol

I have big glasses that fill up with 2 cups of water so i know i need to drink at least 5 of them!!

I find that I am always thirsty due to my diabetes. I cant drink 2-3 liters of fluids in a 12 hour period and still be thirsty.

I always have something to drink next to me and if I run out while nursing I send my 10 y/o to get me something else to drink
