OAL after RTW

We battled OAL early on and had several great weeks of nursing. Now this is my fourth week back to work and we are battling OAL again. I pump 3 times a day during work and none on the weekends. I bf baby the rest of the time, but we are again battling OAL. What can we do? I have to pump. I have to feed baby. I try the recliner or laying down with him on top of me, but neither of us are comfortable. I think he is uncomfortable, because I am. If I lay on my side and try to let the extra run out then he gets mad. I usually have a towel around to soak up anything if I get to the spraying point. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I had to keep up on block feeding when I was nursing at home.  At work I'd pump both  for 20 minutes or so 3 times a day but then I DEFINITELY had to keep up the block nursing at home.

Yes, you might have to keep up blocks at home. It's a tough spot to be in.

Block nurse when you're home. And keep working till you find a comfortbale position. I'm a little surpised the recliner isn't comfortable!
