It seems like I never have enough to satisfy him at night now but in the morning Im leaking all over. How do I make sure I have more milk at night? He's fine through the day again but wouldn't stop screaming last night till dad gave him a bottle.

Your supply naturally ebbs and flows during the day, with evening being the lowest and morning the highest. I'm not sure how to get more in the evenings, but I'm sure someone on here does!

It is normal for your supply to be lower at night. Nursing more is the best way to increase supply. Skip the bottle and nurse, nurse, nurse. There is always milk. It's just not easy to get.

Your milk supply sounds perfectly normal. In the evening, just keep switching him from breast to breast... if he's hungry, put him back on, over and over again. That's his way of placing his order for milk--supply and demand. Your body will supply what he demands. The only way that you will have a supply problem in the evening is if you continue to give bottles at night... that WILL reduce your supply.

I try not to, I kept trying to nurse him but he just want stay latched and kept screaming. I was at my wits end and DH had just finished making our dinner, I normally don't give him bottles at all anymore.

Some babies are just evil beasts in the evening and there's nothing you can do. You could have milk for days and they're just miserable. This passes after a bit, but it doesn't mean your milk is inadequate or that your supply is "low". My last two babies were AWFUL from dinnertime onward for at least a few months. And I had more than enough milk even in the evenings.
Lots of people call this the witching hours or grandmothers hours because of baby's behavior.

Mommy no likey!!! Ugh and the end of the day is bad enough already plus were trying to go to bed a lot earlier cause DH has to be up at 4 now. Doesn't bode well for getting enough sleep.

Witching hours and they do go away if baby gets used to the slower and lower milk. Bottles will make it worse

Welcome to parenthood. :/
My son has kept me up ALL NIGHT for the last two nights and I just started a rigorous school program. Drink coffee and remember you love that little monster. :)

Bah! Lol my twins never did this but then again they were ff too so I'm sure that made a difference. So much easier to remember how much I love him when he's being cute and quiet and sleeping like right now lol
