New teeth, how to make it thru?!

My 9mo dd just got her upper teeth the other morning. She was nursing and that's how I knew they had cut thru during the night. We are still going, but my nipples are getting really sore from her new teeth. Any advice or help on how to make it thru? Thank you ladies!

Make sure that she's positioned correctly--lift that little body up or start using a boppy again.  Typically, boob being pulled downward to bigger baby is what causes that discomfort via a poor latch

Sometimes it can take a bit for the baby to get used to the new things in her mouth and adjust the latch. You will have to help her out and fix the latch until it doesn't help. Bringing her up a bit higher so she's not pulling down should help.

I just tried a few different positions until we both got used to teeth. Now I'm back to my standard position of lying down (DD is 15 months and mostly nurses in the morning, before nap, and before bed) It took about a week and a half to get fully used to teeth at all and about one week to get used to top teeth.

Can't really add to what's already been said. It takes correction of her latc (unlatch/relatch), repositiniong and a lot of patience. Most important... take her off and relatch when it hurts. Every time.
