I have been wondering about how my return to work and needing to pump during the day is going to effect my supply, particularly when my lo goes through a growth spurt. What can I do or do I need to worry about it?

Pumping and bottle amounts stay the same (1-1.25 ounces per hour). Baby always makes up any extra at the beast :-)

Not really a worry. You carry on as usual at work. But be prepared for a lot of late night feeding.

Ok, that helps. I tend to be a worrier and I have been able to find info that gets rid of a lot of my fears, just not this one. Thank you.
