Drop one feeding every few days until you're done.

There's more detailed info on kellymom.com

Drop one feeding per week until all have been replaced. If it's not your hild's choice don't expect it to be easy & tear free, distract & delay. DrJayGordon.com has excellent info on night weaning as well.

For future reference (or others reading this), antibiotics are safe to take while breastfeeding. There are very few medications that are unsafe.

The antibiotics i was taking gave my daughter horrible diarrhea so i figured it was best to stop any way since she was turning 2 soon.
