I Havent Been Feeling Good Lately. My Head Has Been Feelin Funny And My Face Hurts And I Jus Dont Feeling Good. I Was Wondering What Is Safe To Take Breastfeeding My Son That Is 8 Months Old. But Benadryl Is Out OF the Question Because It Makes Me Go To Sleep Really Fast And I Also Have A 3 Year Old Lil Girl

Use a neti pot to help clear out your sinuses. They have hyland's sinus tablets that are natural and they work well for me. Gooood luck!

You can take a non-drowsy antihisthamine like Claritin or Zyrtec.

You want to avoid decongestants like Sudafed (or combos like Claratin-D) as they can lower milk supply.

Really the only over the counter things to avoid are decongestants and Asprin. Everything else is okay.
