hello im new i have a few questions

hi im Christina and i have 3 kids 5yrs 20 months and a 2 week old son im breast feeding and formula feeding is it normal to get more milk in one breast then in the other? also i havnt had much of an appetite at all lately what should I do I know I have to eat when breast feeding how can I make sure I'm getting the right amount of nutrients for him :/ I'm stressing out because of this one

100 percent normal. Just like being right or left handed. You have to DRINK WATER while breastfeeding. Or some other liquid (just not 64 ounces of Jack Daniels, please). Eat to hunger. Your milk is perfect anyway... you'd have to be near dead of starvation for that not to be the case. Nature favors the baby over mom; what you don't ingest, the system takes out of your natural stores to make milk.
