So with my son who is now two.. I didn't know much on bfing. I had issues and didn't realize that just because they want to eat a lot doesn't mean that I'm not producing enough. Anyway with my daughter I was determined to make it work andlast longer then my son (4weeks).. well baby girl turned 2 months yesterday. Had her appointment today and she is now 13.6 pounds.. she grew 2 lbs 8 ounces in a month!!! Yay for bfing! It's going so well! She has only gotten 2 bottles and both were pumped milk. I'm. Very proud of myself!

Kudos! :) Her weight might go up and down. It's common for breastfed babies to "fall on their curve" at 3 months becaue breastfed babies gain very rapidly for the first three months and then formula babies gain more rapidly after that while breastfed babies growth slows down a bit. You're looking for about 4oz/week from the lowest weight after birth on average. :)
