What cold medicine is safe to take while nursing?

Anything that doesn't contain aspirin. Stay hydrated. If you take a decongestant and notice a dip in your supply, stop taking it, increase fluids, and nurse like crazy.

I use a homeopathic decongestant spray called sinus buster.
