How long did you have to use them?
Is the need to use them more then 6 months related to oversupply or is it normal?

I think I stopped using them around 6 months. It's rare for me to leak now. 9 months pp. I'm sure it's different for everyone.

Some moms need them till weaning. Some don't need them for more than a few weeks. Both extremes are normal.

All depends on the woman and her body. I know women who used them the entire time they nursed. I only used them the first 3 months

I'm at 3 months and only use them rarely, mostly at night. Bamboobies are great if you're looking for a good reusable nursing pad.

I think I stopped *needing* them around 8 months or so, but I still wear them just to be safe. I can wear the same one for several days though.

I stopped needing them someone in the second year. I did have oversupply, but I don't know if that actually had anything to do with it.
