Those who practice blw, do you wait 3+ days before introducing a new food?
I don't really want to and I don't see the point. He really isn't eating the food, just tasting it and playing, and if he was allergic it wouldn't take three days for him to have a reaction. I think I will just be waiting a day unless any of you awesome ladies know of a good reason I should wait.

Some foods do take longer to see a reaction, so it's recommended to wait. Otherwise you might suddenly see something happen and not know which food caused the problem. Whenever there's a problem the question is "what changed?" And if you've introduced a new food every day or even every other day, you aren't as certain of what changed.

Baby is not going to have a problem with the same solid for three days straight... this is the kid who will eventually want to eat chicken nuggets or peanut butter sandwiches morning noon and night! **grin**
