How do I find someone in my area who will actually know what they are doing regarding tongue tie. I am trying to help my friend still and I think she needs to go with her dd for an eval.

SOME ENTs and pediatric dentist, but certsinly not all. The majority will not be able to identify a posterior tongue tie, for example.
