it is funny, I pump at work... (actually I should be working right now...) I have an old Medela double pump that comes in a blue case that looks just like a cooler lunch box... so my male co-workers have been asking me all the time if I just go to lunch again when I get back from the pumping breack.
My team leader/suppervisor, HRs and some other ladies that also pumped when their kids were babies know.. but, should I explain them what I do and all that stuff?
Tell them flat out. "I'm pumping milk for my son." End of discussion.
I had one of those HUGE blue boxes from borrowing the pump from WIC. People always asked what it was.
I would be honest, I would tell my coworkers I am breastfeeding my baby so I need to pump often, the blue thing is my pump.
yes it is like that... I haven't known it was from WIC.. my cousing gift it to me.... ha-ha... I know WIC program but I'm not from States.. I know she was on the Army/Navy/Marine one of them... I though she had gotten it from them...

This. They will likely never ask again. Men aren't too interested in women coworkers pumping breastmilk lol.
