i believe one of my twins was diagnosed with this when they were infants. i cant be for sure though. if i remember right the first sign was that his tounge was white. i noticed this with my newest ds. his tounge and the roof of his mouth is white. i have also noticed that i have a lot of pain AFTER nursing my son. could this be thrush?

Yes. Go to a drug store and get gentian violet. You paint your nipples with it before nursing and test both of you at the same time. Coat his face with lanolin or olive oil to prevent staining and wear clothes that you don't care about. Everything will be purple. Sterilize everything that touches his mouth and your breasts in HOT water with vinegar.
