My son is 10 weeks old and a few times has held his urine all night. He basically sleeps all night( 5-8 hours depending on naps during the day). He nurses right before bed, but sometimes he doesn't nurse as well or as long because he falls asleep. If he doesn't pee during the night he does a few minutes after he wakes up. He has normal diapers during the day. It's very scary to see him wake up and his diaper bone dry! Now it doesn't happen all the time. What do you think? Normal? Should I be concerned?

As long as he's having 6 wet diapers in a 24 hr period, I wouldn't be concerned. My 3 boys have all done that countless times.

I wouldn't worry about it if he's malking his 24 hour count.
