Has been wanting to nurse alll day for the past couple days now. If i dont give it to him he cries bloody murder and i cant stand his cry it gets me in a bad mood. But shit my nipples are gtg sore. Is this normal what do i do? He isnt wanting a sippy cup with milk or water ... Aaahhh i need freedom.

12 month growth spurt... it's a doozy.  First, don't give in to a tantrum--he doesn't get to nurse until he asks calmly and nicely.  Now that he's one, you can set limits, distract and delay, practice don't offer/don't refuse, or continue to nurse on demand--it's entirely your choice.  Sometimes going outside, playing a game, or dancing to some music can be a good distraction if you really need a break.

^^ Yep, 12 months is crazy growth spurt! Plus baby's saliva from teething can really irrite mama's nipples. Hang in there mama and try your best to distract baby when you need a break from nursing! :)
